Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)
Introduction
The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is designed to develop practical skills across a range of HR activities and to ensure that participants have an understanding of modern HRM practices. Human Resource is a fundamental element for the success and development of an organization. It is therefore necessary to understand how to manage people at work in an effective manner to meet an organization’s strategic objectives.
This course provides an overview of HRM for developing a conceptual and practical basis for student learning. It also encourages students to draw on their own experience to develop a clear understanding and practical working knowledge of Human Resource Management.
